Telugu celebrate Ugadi, Karnadiga celebrate Yugadi, Tamil celebrate Puthandu, Marathi celebrate Gudi Padwa, Marwari of Rajasthan celebrate Thapna, Sindhis celebrate Cheti Chand and Manipuris celebrate Sajibu Nongma Panba on the same day. We are from one nation, celebrate same festival with different name yet it’s so sweet, we share happiness of welcoming the New Year together with friends and family. This Lunar New Year is (Hevilambi)   we are celebrating by inviting and invoking Lord Sri Ganesh to overcome the obstacles in one’s life “Sri Maha Ganapathi Homa” is said to be the greatest and superior amongst all other rituals. By performing Ganapathi homa one can achieve prosperity, health and happiness in life, removes Ketu Dosha and has many benefits by doing this Homa.  Let’s welcome our colorful and wonderful new year by doing Ganapathi Homa and surrender our worries to Lord Ganesh.
